The fifth and final episode in the God with us portion of the third Jesus Changes People holiday season. Mike and Ken’s focus this season comes from a verse in the Christmas story, Matthew 1:23, that tells us they will call him Immanuel, which means God with us. What does it mean for God to be with us in our hear and now? Mike and Ken will explore this through prominent characters in the accounts of the Christmas events. In this episode, they focus on the Shepherds and discuss the idea that we are able to know God because He is with us. They discuss God’s invitation, how He makes Himself known, our response, and what life with God is like. A listener wants to know ways they can reconnect with the meaning of Christmas. Wait, Jesus’ birthday isn’t December the 25th? Also, the guys have a special gift at the end of the episode for their listeners.
